Children's Ministries
 Pine Grove has a full range of opportunities for children of all ages. Central to our program are our Wednesday night children's clubs. The Patch the Pirate Club has been a part of our program for many years. It is a great tool for teaching children the Bible and Christian character. It is a drama and choral club that includes Bible lessons and fun activities. The children sing good children's gospel songs, many written by Patch the Pirate (Ron Hamilton). The Club is divided into two sections. The "Patch" Club is for ages 9-12, and the Super
Sailors, ages 4-8. The program meets during the adult auditorium Bible study from 7 pm till 8:15pm. The clubs meet during the school year from September through May.
On Sunday we have a fully graded Sunday School program at 9:45am. Most of our teachers have been teaching Sunday School for many years.
On every Sunday except the 5th Sunday we have Children's Church for ages 4-12. during the morning service. The children start out in "big church" for part of the song service and are dismissed to Children's church to hear a message geared to their age. It also includes singing and special activities.
Teen Ministry
 We welcome anyone from the seventh grade through young adult to come for our time of fellowship and Bible study. We meet every Wednesday at 7:00 in the church house basement where we spend time studying God's word and fellowship through a group game time. We especially emphasize the need to keep our testimony pure before the world. We also have a Sunday School class that meets in the conference room every Sunday morning. We have many special youth activities each year that you can look for on our church calendar and through the church announcements. We hope to see you out for or time of worship and fellowship.
 Whether you are in the Victory Auditorium Sunday School Class or the Disciples Class in the fellowship hall, you will find a good spirit and friendly faces. Central to our adult ministry is the teaching of the Word of God. Also, we think you will find a refreshing love and fellowship among our people. Throughout the year, we have different activities designed to get our folks together. Homecoming, Ice Cream Afterglow, Sunday School functions, Men's Prayer Breakfast, Ladies Missionary Fellowship meetings, Silver Saints and more make up a full, but not over demanding schedule. A real desire of Pine Grove Baptist Church is to see people of all ages accept Jesus Christ as their Savior. This is not secondary purpose to us. Therefore we encourage our congregation to witness and we provide resources and opportunities to visit the lost and share the Gospel. | Women's Ministry
 The Pine Grove Women enjoy several ministries at Pine Grove. On Sunday morning there is the Faith Ladies Sunday School class. Each Tuesday the women meet to visit various church members and friends. On the first Monday of every month, the ladies meet for Ladies Missionary Fellowship for a time of prayer, challenge, service, and focusing on our missionaries and their families. Missions Ministry  Missions takes a high priority at Pine Grove. Almost 20 years ago we started supporting Independent Baptist missionaries through the Faith Promise concept of giving. Over the years we have increased our missions giving each year. Today we support around 80 missionaries all over the world. Each year we have a missions conference or emphasis in early November. Our folks enjoy meeting missionaries face to face and hearing from the foriegn field.
Nursery Ministry
 A nursery is provided for all services and Sunday School for ages infant to three. Our nursery is a safe environment with competent workers, most of which have children of their own. For Nursery Sunday School we use a cirriculum to teach the three year olds simple Bible truths. |
